RETURNS POLICY:

  1. Your returned Product(s) should be received by us no later than 14 days from the date of their delivery to you.

  2. We do not provide the complimentary returns, so you will be responsible for all cost associated with returning the Product(s).

  3. If you wish to return Product(s) to us, please:

    • Obtain an authorisation number by inserting your order number, email & choosing the SKU number in the respective fields above, and

    • Include the authorisation number on the paper returns form that was included in your Order and tick the box for the relevant Product that you would like to return;

    • include a copy of the invoice with the returned Product;

    • retain proof of posting;

  4. Please send the Product(s) your wish to return in the original packaging to the following address:

  1. If you are returning your goods from outside the UK, please return the item using a reliable courier company such as UPS, DHL, Fedex or TNT. We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as it is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods as we will be not be liable for any damage incurred to the contents up until we receive your return at our warehouse.

  2. We will also not be held liable for any import duties when returning items back to the UK from abroad. Please include your original airway bill number with the words ‘RETURN TO ORIGIN’.

  3. To be eligible for a refund, Product(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If any of the original tags have been removed, the Product(s) is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the 14 days returns timeframe.

  4. If you do not comply with this Returns Policy it may not be possible for us to process any refund due.

  5. If we are unable to accept a returned Product, we will contact you using the most up to date contact details provided to us. If we are unable to accept a returned Product, we will, at your request, return the Product to you at your cost or make it available for collection.

  6. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 14 working days upon receipt of your returned item(s) by us.

  7. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.

  8. We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund in line with the instructions provided above. Original charges associated with Product delivery are non-refundable. Please note that if you have paid or are due to pay any duties, taxes or other fee(s) these are your sole responsibility – including reclaiming them where applicable. We do not accept any responsibility for duties, taxes or other fee(s).

  9. RETURNS FROM RUSSIAN FEDERATION, BELARUS, KAZAKHSTAN & UKRAINE: Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted for customers ordering items to be shipped to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. All sales to these countries are final.

  10. If you have not received a refund within 14 days upon return of your order, first please check your bank account again. Once you have done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@a-mere-co.com.

  11. RETURN OF THE FAULTY GOODS: If a Product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase by email to shop@a-mere-co.com and promptly return it to us in accordance with this Return Policy.

    Subject to the clause below, we will offer you a full refund or replacement for Products which are faulty.

    Any minor inconsistencies between units of the same Product in characteristics such as grain, texture, knots and colour variation will not be classed as faults or defects.
