Natasha Blooms dress is cut from wispy silk & cotton mix chiffon printed with bright florals. It features a maxi tiered skirt that moves beautifully. This dress has the off-the-shoulder elasticated neckline with a tie keyhole in the front and it is also elasticated at the waist to define the shape.
