Delivery

We are dedicated to making sure that your order arrives as safely and as soon as possible.

Our delivery options and costs vary depending on the location of the delivery address specified at checkout. For deliveries within the UK, orders will be sent using Royal Mail (“Standard Delivery”). All international orders are shipped securely via DHL.

Please note we do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays. If an order is placed on or just before a holiday, your order will be delivered 3 working days later compared to our normal delivery times stated below.

We will deliver to your indicated delivery address. Deliveries typically take place between 8am and 6pm.

1. UK Mainland Delivery

Standard Delivery using Royal Mail is complimentary on all UK orders and typically takes 3–5 business days.

2. International Delivery (Via DHL)

We offer complimentary worldwide delivery via DHL on all international orders over £500. For orders under £500, flat-rate shipping fees apply based on your region:

Note: All international deliveries must be signed for. We highly recommend providing a business address, or an address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 8am and 6pm.

3. Taxes & Duties (Worldwide DDP)

We ship to all international destinations on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means you will not be contacted by customs or couriers for additional fees before delivery.

  • UK, US, and EU: All applicable taxes and duties are already included in the purchase price displayed on the product pages.

  • Rest of the World: Duties and taxes are calculated dynamically based on your delivery country and added to your total at checkout. These are calculated on top of our standard GBP prices.

Customs authorities may open and inspect items. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. We are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all shipments and cannot adjust this value on shipping invoices.

4. General Terms & Restrictions

Delivery Address & Redirection

We do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it is structurally impossible for us to redirect the shipment to an alternative address. Please ensure you provide a suitable, attended shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

Each order is assigned a unique tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you directly with this tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Item Availability

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may occasionally be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified immediately via email and issued a full refund.
