UK & Non-USA countries
If your order is placed after 3pm it will be processed in the next 48 hours and sent out for delivery the day after. Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive to a UK address within four business days however occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
All orders to European and other destinations are also sent express delivery however may take longer depending on Customs. Regarding shipments to Russia, customers are advised that the Russian Customs authority stipulate parcels can only be sent to registered business addresses, and must not be for commercial purposes.
Items that are in stock will be sent out and received within 7-10 working days.
You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipments outside the EU:
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Our Returns Policy:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your A Mere Co. purchase.
If you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
If you are returning items from outside the EU please ensure you mark them as 'British Commercial Returns' to ensure your refund.
Please Note - It is not possible to organise an exchange - if you wish to change the item you have purchased, please return the item and order the product you would like from the website.
The return form is available here. Please print, fill it out and send it to us together with the item you wish to return. Ensure that you have clearly marked the Order Number on the outside of the box to ensure the item will be return will be accepted.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
We aim to process returns within 2 days after we receive them, however during busy times it may take a longer. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that your receipt and the Return Form enclosed with your order and returned with your parcel.
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Returns and Distance Selling
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
Your statutory right to cancel your order starts from the date of order placement (when the Contract between us is formed). If the Goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel at any time within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after you have received the Goods. If your Goods are ordered together but delivered separately, this period begins the day after the last delivery is made. Together this period is known as the “Cooling-Off Period”.
Where you wish to cancel an order during the Cooling-Off Period, you must inform us in writing, which can be done through your account on our website. If the Goods have been delivered to you, you must also return the Goods to us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will provide a free Returns label for deliveries made within the UK. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession.
Any Goods returned must be in the same condition as you received them, together with the original packaging. Please see the Returns Policy for further details.
If you return any Goods to us in accordance with the Cooling-Off Period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. This will be within a period of 14 calendar days, beginning the day after we receive the returned Goods, or receive notification from you that you are returning the Goods to us. In this case, we will refund the price of the Goods in full.
We will refund you any money received from you, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

— Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number & amendment requirements.
— CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
— Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
